Nearly everyone in my family — including my parents, three brothers, five uncles, and countless cousins — has been in the trade. I learned upholstery from my father who has been a trimmer for well over thirty years.
Our Team Roger K. Earlier in his career, Roger served as Director of Human Resources for an person electronics firm in the Northwest where he initiated a corporate training strategy, and served as leader of a cross-functional customer service team that improved work flow throughout the company.
During his tenure, Roger also managed an HR staff of 13 people and changed the focus of the department from administrative to strategic. Roger is a prolific innovator of training and organizational development methodologies and products.

Roger completed a year of graduate study in Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University and received a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. He also speaks fluent Spanish. Prior to that, Preston worked as an Organizational Development Manager for Proctor and Gamble for several years, involved in new plant startups and collaborative work redesign efforts in the US, Japan and Mexico.
Then as Director of Organizational Development for Clark Equipment Company, he spearheaded social-technical systems redesign efforts in both union and non-union settings. He worked internally at the plant, division and corporate levels. Consulting with both large and small organizations, Preston has implemented organization design and team development strategies at all organization levels.
